Director of Community Employment

Jeremy Hogan began working with United Cerebral Palsy of the North Bay (UCPNB) in July of 2022, as the Director of Community Employment, but has worked in various roles throughout the human services field for over a decade. Jeremy started his work within the disability sector as a 1:1 Direct Support Provider at a behavioral day program in Marin County before progressively moving into more senior roles within the field; he has since worked in Supported Living Services as a Community Services Coordinator, as a Director of Supported Living, a Director of Day Programs, and as Division Director of disABILITY Services at California Human Development. He is also a graduate of Leadership Novato 2020, where he was voted valedictorian by his peers.

In Jeremy’s current role, he is committed to developing and expanding inclusive community-based employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities who are living in the North Bay. He also oversees the expansion of UCPNB’s recycling measures and its associated job training program through the Petaluma Recycling Center. Jeremy is serving his second term as a voting member of the Vendor Advisory Committee (VAC) for the North Bay Regional Center (NBRC) and is highly involved in advocacy efforts through the NBRC Public Policy Committee. He is also a Board member of the Reuse Alliance, which advocates and supports reuse enterprises that recirculate materials into our local communities.

Jeremy graduated from Dominican University of California with a degree in Humanities and Cultural Studies and is currently pursuing his MPA from Cal State Northridge.
