Shannon is proudly employed through the Paid Internship Program at Orchard Hardware Supply in Napa, in collaboration with UCP of the North Bay, she has taken on responsibilities in the store’s vibrant garden section, where she helps care for plants, tidy displays, and assist customers. Shannon’s positive attitude and strong work ethic have made her a valued part of the team. We recently featured her in a YouTube Short to highlight her progress and the importance of creating meaningful job opportunities for individuals with disabilities in our local businesses.
